Simple expectations around billing.

Payments and subscription transactions are processed by Paddle. Paddle may act as the merchant of record and may apply its own checkout, tax, payment, cancellation, and refund terms.

You may cancel a subscription through the billing-management options provided by the payment processor. Cancellation normally stops future renewals while access continues for the applicable paid period, unless the checkout terms state otherwise.

Refund requests are reviewed according to the applicable Paddle terms, the plan terms shown at checkout, and applicable consumer-protection law. A request may be appropriate when a duplicate charge, unauthorized charge, material billing error, or legally required cancellation applies.

To request help, use the support channel available from the Novelbra account or website and include the account email, transaction details, and reason for the request. Do not send payment card numbers or other sensitive financial credentials.

During testing, access, pricing, limits, and billing availability may change. Any purchase screen will show the applicable price and billing interval before payment is submitted.
